Free US shipping

Standard shipping is free on every Kindlift order shipped within the United States. There is nothing to add at checkout.

Processing and delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Standard delivery takes 7 to 10 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with your location and carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order here.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will make it right.

Returns: your 60-day home trial

Try it for 60 days. If it isn't right for you, even after using it, send it back for a full refund.
