You set the level. Start on the lowest one and go up only when it feels comfortable, never because you think you should. If it ever feels like too much, one tap on the RELEASE button lets go of the suction straight away.

The small cup is for your upper arms. The large cup is for your belly and thighs. For your jawline, take the cup off and use face mode, which uses the red light and gentle EMS without suction.

Follow the quick start guide in the box. It tells you how long to use each area and how often. Start on the lowest level every time you try a new area.

Kindlift is rechargeable with the USB-C cable in the box. Rinse the cup after use, dry it, and put the device back on charge.
